Return and Refund Policy for Only Magical Gifts

Our Commitment

Only Magical Gifts is committed to customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 5 days of receiving them for a full refund.

Eligibility for Return

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Unopened and unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect (not as described).

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items that are custom-made or personalized.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at hello@onlymagicalgifts.com or send us a WhatsApp at +971 50 574 1885.
  2. We will provide contact you with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned item, excluding any original shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
